Please note both
pages must be downloaded, signed and dated in
order for us to accept membership
All animals born after
1st January 2000
MUST have a passport / Breed
papers in order to be registered with Ponies (UK)
A copy of the papers must be lodged at the time of registration.
Pure Breed Paper are required for all animals registered with any
recognized Breed Society,
including all registered Part Breeds

Horses / Ponies must be registered and entered at any show
in the name of their Legal owner.
When a lease/loan is negotiated the horse/pony will not be treated as
the property of the Lessee/Borrower until the lease/loan form has been
completed, the remittance has been received by Ponies (UK) and the
lease/loan has been registered.

If animals have
been registered with Ponies (UK) and have been transferred, the new
owner must notify the Office immediately and forward a completed
Transfer Form and the transfer fee.
A transfer fee is payable
even if the previous registration has lapsed

PLEASE READ THE NEW
WORDING FOR THESE CLASSES:
Horses and Ponies to have been stabled at home
since 1st October 2007.
DIY livery is acceptable providing it is not the establishment of a
professional show producer/trainer. Horses or ponies must be
owned, registered, produced, ridden or led by the owner, spouse or
his/her son, daughter, grandchild. All horses or ponies must be
ridden or led by either an 'A' Member, Lee Smith Member or a Riders
Club Member. The Directors reserve the right in their absolute
discretion to refuse an exhibitors entry should they be in
contravention of this rule in the Directors considered opinion.
