Fee: £50

To have attained their 18th birthday by 1st January in the current year

Advantages of Membership:-

Eligible to register Horses/Ponies in the P (UK) Register

Eligible to qualify and enter the P(UK) Winter Championships if animals are currently registered

Eligible to qualify and enter the P(UK) Summer National Championships if animals are currently registered

Eligible to enter HOYS Plaited and Mountain and Moorland Pony classification

Reduced Entry Fees at P (UK) Organised Shows

Reduced fees to P (UK) Clinics and Training Courses

12 MONTH LEE-SMITH HOME PRODUCED MEMBERSHIP

 

Annual ‘A’ Membership plus £15 upgrade

To have attained their 18^th birthday by 1^st January in the current year

Competition cards required for each registered animal for £500 Winter Championship and £1000 Summer Championship prize fund.

FOR LEE-SMITH ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

24.              LEE-SMITH HOME PRODUCED CLASSIFICATIONS - These classes are open to current Lee-Smith Members with P(UK) registered horses and ponies that have been stabled at home since 1^st August 2011. DIY Livery is acceptable providing it is not the establishment of a professional Show Producer/Trainer.  Horses entered in these classes must be owned, produced, ridden or led by the owner/spouse or his/her son/daughter/grandchild. It is expected that exhibitors will enter into the true spirit of this competition. Trainers & Professionals must not enter the judging arena at any time. Lee Smith Members receive one free Winter & Summer competition card for each eligible currently registered pony.The Directors reserve the right in their absolute discretion to refuse an exhibitor’s entry should they be in contravention of this rule in the Directors considered opinion. Late Renewal Fee £10.00 – this applies to members who have allowed their membership to lapse

Advantages of Annual Lee-Smith Membership - As Annual Member plus

·        Eligible to qualify for Lee – Smith finals at the Winter and Summer National Championships.

·        Competition Cards must be completed and signed by the judge for each National Championship during the judging process of the qualifying Championship.

Senior to have attained their 18^th birthday on application for Membership

Junior to have attained their 3^rd birthday but not their 18^th by 1^st January of the current year on application for Membership

 Advantages of Membership:-

Eligible to ride in P (UK) National Winter & Summer Championships

Eligible to enter P (UK) Young Handler Championships & P (UK) Pollyanna Championships

Eligible to enter the Prestigious P (UK) Burghley Event Pony Finals

Eligible to participate in P (UK) Training Initiatives

Eligible to join the P(UK) Elite Riders Academy.

ANNUAL P(UK) JUDGES MEMBERSHIP

 

 Fee: £12.00

This payment is a condition of acceptance for the current Ponies Association (UK) Judges panel

 Advantages:-

Public Liability/Accident Insurance cover whilst OFFICIATING on

behalf of the Association at a P (UK) Affiliated Show

HORSE/PONY REGISTRATION

 

Fee: £18.00 

12 Month Registration subject to the Annual Membership of the owner remaining current throughout the period

Eligible to obtain a Lee Smith Winter and Summer competition card if owned by a current Lee Smith member.

 

All animals MUST have a passport/breed papers in order to be registered with P(UK). A copy of the papers must be lodged at the time of registration with P(UK). A copy of the pure breed registration paper is required for all animals registered with any recognised Breed Society, including all registered part breeds, if not already logged. PlAITED PONIES entering any HOYS qualifier must be in possession of a current JMB Height certificate.

HORSE/PONY TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP APPLICATION

 The transfer of ownership form must be completed, signed by the purchaser and registered with P (UK) before the transfer is considered complete

HORSE/PONY LEASE/LOAN APPLICATION

 The horse/pony will not be treated as the property of the lessee/borrower until the lease/loan form has been completed, the remittance has been received by P (UK) and their lease/loan has been registered
